تمر الروضة بمرحلتين: أولى (أربع سنوات) يُحضر فيها الطفل للتعلم بشكل متوازن، والثانية (5 سنوات) يحضر فيها للمرحلة الابتدائية. فيمر الطفل بمرحلة تحضيرية فعلية للقراءة دون إرهاقه وبخاصة أن الطفل سيتعلم الأحرف وأصولها في المرحلة (الابتدائية) من الصف الأول الابتدائي. لذا اعتمد "روضة الحروف المشوقة" على الطريقة التحليلية التركيبية، فكان البدء بالقصة، باعتبارها حافزاً مشوّقاً إلى التعلم، ممثلة بجمل رئيسية منها في أهم أحداثها ومن الجملة إلى الكلمة فالصوت، أي من الكل إلى الجزء. ثم من الصوت إلى كلمات أو جمل ذات معنى، أي من الجزء إلى الكل. وتهدف تمارين "روضة الحروف المشوقة" إلى تركيز المعلومات اللغوية في ذهن الطفل وإلى قياس استيعابه وثم في إغناء مفرداته

The kindergartener goes through two stages: the first (four years) in which the child is prepares for learning in a balanced manner, and the second (5 years) in which he attends primary school. The child goes through an actual preparatory stage for reading without overburdening him, especially since the child will learn letters and their origins in the (primary) stage of first grade. Therefore, "The Interesting Letters Kindergarten" text relies on the synthetic analytical method. This means the start of the story is an interesting incentive to learn. The main sentences include the most important events and break things down from sentence to word to sound-- meaning from the whole to the part. It then progresses from sound to meaningful words or sentences. The "Interesting Letters Kindergarten" exercises aim to convey linguistic information in the child's mind, measure his comprehension, and then enrich his vocabulary.
