Can I visit your local shop?
We are currently only online and do not have a local shop for customers to visit.
I'm an author, can I sell my books on your website?
We love supporting our authors! If you are an author of an Islamic or children’s book and would like to list your publications on the madinahmedia.com website, please contact email@example.com for details.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
Occasionally, Madinah Media will have special discounts or offers. These are usually sent out in the email newsletter or on social media.
How can I place an order?
To place your order, simply browse our site and add products to your cart. Once you are ready to check out, open your cart and follow the guide to complete your order.

Can I update my order once it's been placed?
If you email us immediately after ordering, we can update your order accordingly. If the order has already been shipped, then email email@example.com for assistance.
How do I return or exchange my item?

Can I place an order by phone?
For all customer orders, it is best to order directly from our website for faster service. If you need assistance, you may call us and we will be happy to help.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
How long until I receive my delivery?
Depending on the shipping option you choose upon checkout, delivery takes an average of 2 – 10 business days from purchase. If you select Media Mail, you can expect your order within approximately 10 business days.
International orders take longer and can be delayed by the customs check in your country. Unfortunately, there is usually not reliable tracking for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via the shipping method you choose during checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping damages or losses.
When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, if your order is received by 1pm CST, your order will be shipped the same day. After 1pm CST, your order may be shipped on the next business day.
Where do you ship from?
We are a registered company in the Houston, TX area. All books ordered are shipped from our Houston office.
How can I find the status of my order?
To find the status of your order, you can view your order in your Account. You will also receive a confirmation email once the status of the order is updated.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, in which you can use to track your order.
