Riyad As-Salihin is a compilation of authentichadiths , compiled by Imam Abu Zakariyya Yahya Ibn Sharaf An-Nawawi, who was born in the village of Nawa, near to Damascus, in 631 A.H. This precious book includes approximately 1900 hadiths reported in the books of hadith, mainly the six majorhadith collections, and most of thesehadiths are to be found in Al-Bukhari and Muslim. Most sections of this book start with the relevant verses from the Noble Qur’an, as an emphasis that the purifiedsunnah is an illustration of the Noble Qur’an.
