تحكي هذه القصة الجذابة المغامرات التي قام بها فلفل وياسمين في مدينة الملاهي. ورسوم الكتاب رائعة ذات ألوان ساحرة، تشد الطفل إليها بما فيها من بهاء، وبما توحي إليه من خيال متمم لعنصر الحكاية

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن وراء هذه الحكاية الطريفة المسلية غاية تربوية ففيها توجيه غير مباشر للأطفال ليتعلموا تقدير نصائح أهلهم، وكيف أن عدم تقدير مثل تلك النصائح قد يؤدي بهم إلى الوقوع في المآزق. كما أن فيها تذكيراً للأهل بأن لأطفالهم الحق في أن يعبثوا أحياناً، لأنهم أطفال، ولذلك فإن الشخصيات التي نقابلها في هذه الحكاية، وفي سائر حكايات هذه السلسلة، شخصيات بشرية ألبست هيئة الحيوانات، لتكون أقرب إلى قلوب الأطفال، الذين يحبون الحيوانات ويأنسون بها

ورغبة في الاستفادة من هذه الغاية التربوية ومن شعور الطفل بأنه جزء من هذا الجو المحيط به، فقد أوثر أن تخاطب الشخصيات على مدار الحكاية مخاطبة العاقل

كما وأوثر أن تسجل هذه القصة على شريط كاسيت لما لذلك من أهمية في زيادة قدرة الأطفال على الاستمتاع بهذه القصة الرائعة المشوقة بما تهيئه من اقتران بين الصوت والصورة. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذا الشريط جاءت متتبعاً نصوص القصة كلمة كلمة، في أداء تمثيلي مشوق وفي جو من الموسيقى والمؤثرات الصوتية المعبرة، وهذه الطريقة ستساعد الأطفال على تحسين قدرتهم على القراءة وتجعلهم في الوقت نفسه، يعيشون لحظات من التشوق والمتعة

It should be noted that behind this funny and entertaining story is an educational purpose, in which it is indirectly guiding children to learn to appreciate the advice of their parents, and how not appreciating such advice may lead them to fall into dilemmas. It also reminds parents that their children have the right to mess around sometimes, because they are children, and therefore the characters that we meet in this tale, and in the rest of the tales of this series, are human figures who dressed up as animals, to be closer to the hearts of children, who love and forget animals.

Desiring to benefit from this educational goal and from the child’s feeling that he is part of this surrounding atmosphere, he preferred to address the characters throughout the story to the wise.

He also chose to record this story on a cassette tape because of its importance in increasing the children’s ability to enjoy this wonderful and interesting story, as it creates a coupling between sound and image. It should be noted that this tape followed the text of the story word by word, in an interesting acting performance and in an atmosphere of expressive music and sound effects, and this method will help children improve their reading ability and make them, at the same time, live moments of excitement and fun
