Naturally you all know me well because you all use me when you make mistakes in writing in your notebooks and grab a hold of me with such harshness and lack of feeling and squeeze me between your fingers and then you rub out the mistake and to write the correct thing. You get the best grades, whereas I continually get more and more worn down until I become useless to you and you throw me into the closest wastebasket and then you buy a new eraser
