People in this world have prepared information for what to do in emergency situations; e.g. what to do if a fire breaks out etc. But how about emergencies of religious nature. Should not we be prepared for them?
A Muslim who practices Islam and performs its worship acts always faces sudden situations where he or she has to make a decision as to what to do and how to react, and often these situations count as matters of worship. We cannot consult a live scholar at every moment, but Shaykh Muhammad Sâlih al-Munajjid’s little book gives sound and practical advice on many of the odd situations that life puts in our way. It deals with some issues regarding purity, prayer, hajj and ‘umrah, as well as giving brief advice about the proper Islamic behaviour at times such as thanking Allah, accepting a gift, recalling a dream, dealing with lies and a few other issues.
