This book is the 2nd part of a three part series in English on the Tajweed rules on Quran. This book acts as a guide for non-Arabs with a good grasp of English for studying tajweed of the holy Quran.

This book explains the concept of the accent(an-nabr) in the recitation of the holy Qur’an as well as the conditions of its use. It also explains and defines the important chapter on the characteristics of the letters, attenuation and velarization (tarqeeq and tafkheem) as well as the rules for idghaam terms. The author has explained different subjects in English, and translated the Arabic terms.  Furthermore, It will encourage and assist students in learning Arabic definitions and terms.

This second part is for the students  who have studied and mastered the first part, or have studied everything covered in the first part.
